Medium Frequency DC Double Side Spot Welding Machine for Automotive Seat Frame
5 In 1 Portable Handheld Air Cooled Laser Welding Machine integrates multiple functions in a compact design. Featuring air cooling technology, it offers flexible operation, low maintenance, and efficient welding for stainless steel, aluminum, and metal sheets.

- The work is on site or in a customer's building and cannot be brought to a bench.
- You weld several product lines in small batches and cannot justify a chiller per bay.
- Floor space is tight — one cabinet replaces a welder plus a cooling unit.
- Joints are 0.5–3 mm sheet with occasional 4–5 mm plate, and you want to stop grinding every seam afterwards.
- You need to bridge small gaps without switching to a second process.
- Output is high and the part is identical every cycle — a robot or platform welder pays back faster than a handheld unit.
- The section is 8 mm and above, where a single-pass laser weld stops being economical.
- The joint has to be fully penetrated and pressure-tight to a coded standard.
- The material is copper or a thick highly reflective alloy, which needs a different source and a dedicated process.

Choosing between the three. Work from the thickest joint you make every day, not the thickest you might make once. A shop that runs 1–2 mm stainless cabinets all week is better served by the 1200F, because a lower-power source puts less heat into thin sheet and is easier to keep flat. Step up to the 1500F when 3–4 mm brackets or flanges appear regularly, and to the 2000F when the same operator has to weld a 5 mm plate in the morning and 0.8 mm fascia in the afternoon.
What the numbers do not show. Welding speed is listed as 0–20 mm/s because the useful figure depends on the joint: a lap seam on 1 mm stainless runs at the top of that range, while a 4 mm flange is welded closer to the bottom. Gas, focal position and wire feed all move the optimum, which is why the machine ships with a starting parameter sheet for common materials rather than a single factory preset.
