Non-marking spot welding, built into a platform
The platform laser spot welding machine uses an integrated design with the latest laser generator and our self-developed double-swing-head welding torch. Flexible welding, concentrated beam, little deformation, clean appearance and high reliability — for metal frames and sheet metal parts with demanding weld requirements.

Integrated Platform Design
Laser source, power supply, cooling and the swing-arm mechanism all live in one compact cabinet. Roll it into place on the mobile pulleys and start welding.

Self-Developed Double-Pendulum Torch
Our own dual-swing-head torch concentrates the beam and spreads the heat, so the workpiece barely deforms and the weld bead comes out smooth and even.

Non-Marking Weld Surface
Spot welds leave no marks on the visible side, so cabinets, panels and frames keep their finish. The whole grinding and polishing step disappears from the process.

Three Times the Efficiency
Compared with a traditional spot welder, throughput rises by more than three times, cutting labour, material and time cost at the same time. Manpower need is greatly reduced.

Adjustable Swing Arm
A multi-joint arm with parallel joints reaches every welding point on the workbench. Horizontal or vertical workbenches are both supported, for welding from different directions.

Infrared Aiming & Pneumatic Pressure
Infrared positioning shows exactly where each spot will land, while pneumatic pressure holds constant force on the workpieces for uniform welding points.

Five assemblies make up the platform: the control module, the swing arm, the laser torch, the mobile base and the customised workbench. Here is what each one does.

Integrated control panel module A single-chip controller runs the whole machine from one panel. Parameters are set once, then every following weld repeats them exactly.02 / ARM
Adjustable swing arm Multi-joint, parallel-linked arm with a wide working range. It reaches deep into the workbench and locks at the height and angle you need.03 / TORCH
Industrial laser welding torch The double-pendulum torch head with infrared aiming. Constant pneumatic pressure is applied right at the torch, so each spot gets the same force.04 / BASE
Mobile pulley base Heavy-duty castors let one operator move the whole workstation between bays without a crane or forklift.05 / BENCH
