Every sheet metal job has its own geometry, and a catalogue machine rarely fits it. This non standard automatic spot welding machine is configured around the part you weld: head count, stroke, fixture, table length and control logic are all built to your drawing. Send a sample or a 3D model, and our engineers return a fixture layout, a weld spot map and a cycle time estimate before steel is cut.
Once the fixture is locked, the machine repeats the same weld without operator judgement. Servo axes index the work piece between spots, the controller stores a separate schedule per program, and water cooled electrodes hold their shape through long shifts. Splash stays contained, the heat affected zone stays narrow, and coated panels need no re-finishing.
