Like most manufacturers in China, our production and offices close for the National Day holiday in early October. This notice explains what that means for orders, shipments and service, and what stays available while the factory is quiet.

The Holiday Schedule

The break follows the National Day holiday period in early October. The exact closure and return-to-work dates for this year are to be confirmed in the notice our sales team sends directly to each active customer, so please treat your own order confirmations and shipment dates from that notice as the binding ones.

What is already produced and packed will leave before the break starts. What is not finished moves into the post-holiday plan, which is drawn up in the order orders were confirmed - not in the order enquiries arrived. That makes the confirmation date, not the conversation date, the thing that decides your position in the queue.

Orders and Shipments Around the Break

Machines and orders confirmed before the holiday are prioritised by confirmation date: production runs to plan, and anything already packed goes out before the break. Orders confirmed during the holiday are queued for production planning on the first working day back. The packing line - timber crates, banding, accessories boxed with each machine - runs to the same holiday plan as production, and documentation such as packing lists and manuals travels inside the crate rather than separately.

If your shipment involves a forwarder collecting goods directly from us, send the booking and the contact details before the break. A collection that arrives at an unattended gate helps nobody, and a confirmed slot on the last working day is easier to arrange than an urgent one during the holiday.

Production restarts with the backlog in order of confirmation, followed by new orders. Shipments resume on the first working days back; carriers are usually busy nationwide in that same week, so a few extra days on transit times in either direction is normal and not a service failure.
