Dear customers,

Thank you for purchasing PDKJ laser welding machine series products. The following is the warranty statement for the products. Please read it carefully.

1. General Warranty

For laser welding series products sold according to contract or specification, PDKJ is responsible for defects in product materials and workmanship. The warranty period is counted from the date the equipment leaves the factory.

2. Free Warranty

Free warranty applies only to failures that occur during the warranty period under normal use and are confirmed to be caused by the product's own quality reasons. PDKJ is responsible for repairing or replacing the defective material or product. Other costs, such as international freight and customs clearance fees, are borne by the buyer.

4. Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty

4.1 Consumables / wear parts / accessories

Because they are normal-use consumption, periodic replacement items or external accessories, they are not regarded as equipment material/workmanship defects. This includes but is not limited to: consumables (welding wire, shielding gas, coolant, antifreeze, chiller filter element, protective lens, etc.); wear parts (protective lens, focusing lens, collimating lens, reflector, ceramic ring, gas nozzle, nozzle, wire feed roller, wire feed tube, contact tip, contact nozzle, shielding gas flow meter filter element, O-rings, sealing rings, fuse, fan, dust screen, etc.); fiber and peripheral accessories (delivery fiber, QBH connector, QBH end face, fiber connector, dust cap, output head, gas hose, water hose, bracket, control screen, buttons, emergency stop switch, outer cover, casters, handle, housing plastic parts, drag chain, backup battery, tools, tool box, worktable fixture, USB flash drive, etc.), normal power attenuation and non-original parts.

4.2 Unauthorized disassembly / modification / non-authorized repair

Opening the laser source housing, welding gun cavity or control cabinet without authorization; flashing non-official firmware; cracking the power limit; short-circuiting protection signals such as water flow / air pressure / safety light curtain; repair by non-PDKJ / non-original-authorized personnel; or use of non-original spare parts (such as third-party protective lens, compatible fiber, non-original control board) causing equipment damage.

4.3 Misuse / operation not following the manual

Welding highly reflective materials (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) without adjusting parameters, causing back reflection that burns out the laser source; welding continuously at full power beyond the rated duty cycle for a long time; or welding without shielding gas, causing lens oxidation; touching the protective lens / focusing lens / fiber end face with bare hands; using inferior or contaminated lens paper to clean optical parts; or continuing to weld without cleaning welding spatter, causing lens cracking. Bending the fiber to a radius smaller than 200 mm; stepping on or heavily pressing the fiber; forcibly inserting the QBH connector without alignment; not installing the dust cap so dust enters the fiber end face; using non-dedicated tools to remove the QBH; arbitrarily changing parameters; PLC/robot paths changed causing a collision; using tap water / mineral water / automotive antifreeze instead of laser-dedicated coolant; the water tank not being changed for a long time causing algae to grow and block the water cooling plate; or failing to drain the antifreeze in winter causing the internal pipes of the laser to freeze and crack; starting up while condensation is still present.

4.4 Unsuitable electrical / environmental conditions

Voltage exceeding ±10%, phase loss, neutral-ground mixed connection, grounding resistance > 4Ω, no voltage stabilizer / no surge protection; not shutting down during thunderstorms causing the laser driver board to burn out; workshop humidity > 80% causing condensation inside the laser; excessive dust (such as sharing a workshop with cutting/grinding) causing the cooling fan to clog with dust and seize; or forced start-up when the ambient temperature is below 0°C / above 40°C; corrosive gas, strong electromagnetic interference, severe ground vibration.

4.5 Physical damage / transport and storage / external force

Excessive tilt during handling; dropping the welding gun; stepping on and breaking the water hose; forklift collision; secondary transport/storage damage after delivery (rain, drop, extrusion); welding slag / metal powder / cutting fluid entering the control cabinet / laser; returning the machine to the factory after self-disassembly; improper packaging causing secondary transport damage.

4.6 Time limit / proof / channel issues

A fault found but not notified in writing within > 14 days; the serial number torn off so that the equipment cannot be proven to be shipped by PDKJ; purchase through non-authorized PDKJ channels; the dealer privately promising content beyond the original factory policy.

4.7 Others

Warranty period expired; force majeure: earthquake, flood, war, government action; indirect losses: downtime costs, waste products, rework, loss of profit, damage to third-party equipment.

5. After-Sales Service

To report an equipment fault, please provide: company name, contact person and contact information, equipment nameplate (including product name, model, specification, manufacturing number, serial number, date of manufacture), fault code, fault description, material type and thickness, welding parameter screenshots, photos or videos of the fault location.
